Orla has take part in many PHOTO SHOOTS around the Country. Many of these for bridal magazines and websites. For a successful photo shoot the hair must be exactly as the stylist of the shoot has envisaged so it means working closely as a team and communicating and listening to each other. Orla works very well as part of a team and isn't afraid to put her artistic skills to work.
Galway Now magazine, The Farmers Journal and Lough Rea Hotel & Spa Bridal shoot to name just a few.
Due to the nature of the Bridal work, FASHION SHOWS and wedding fairs come as part of that parcel. Orla has worked with many models and fashion designers. Styling hair for the catwalk is challenging and due to the high turnover of clothes and outfits being shown in a short time frame, it means working under pressure which Orla loves and still finds it gets her adrenaline pumping.

Orla has specialised in Bridal services and occasion hair since the beginning of her career. Working alongside some of the top stylists in the industry and continuously updating her skills, most recently completing courses in the United States and Australia.

STUDIO CREATIVITY
Education is a key element of Magenta Hair Studio. Keeping up to date is a very important factor in being able to offer our clients new styles and products. Each year, Orla gets together with her Alfaparf representative and discusses her education needs. The Hair Salon is in constant contact with the technical support team and runs many In-House training days.
Nearly every month there is something new and it is always nice to be able to offer the latest trends to your clients, be it a new cut or colour technique or a new product to make life easier. Our clients like to be on trend and so do we.
